Mandatory Training – CTFS Approved
To ensure compliance and quality care, all candidates must complete CTFS-approved Mandatory Training at the recruitment stage.
✔ If you already have a valid CTFS Mandatory Training Certificate that can be verified, you won’t need to repeat the training.
✔ If we cannot validate your certificate, you’ll need to complete training with our partnered provider.
✔ Training costs can be reimbursed.
Ongoing Compliance & Refresher Training
We continuously monitor your training requirements to ensure you remain compliant. When refresher training is needed:
✔ We will notify you in advance.
✔ Training can be reimbursed after completion.
