As an Agency Healthcare Assistant, your role will be varied and rewarding, supporting individuals in hospitals, nursing homes, residential homes, supporting living and community care settings across East Anglia. Your daily responsibilities may include:
• Personal care – Assisting with washing, dressing, and toileting
• Mobility support – Helping individuals move safely and comfortably
• Medication assistance – Supporting with prescribed medication (where required)
• Mealtime support – Assisting with eating and drinking
• Companionship – Providing emotional support and meaningful interactions
• Observations & reporting – Monitoring health conditions and reporting changes to senior staff
• Maintaining dignity and respect – Ensuring individuals receive compassionate, person-centred care

What We Need From You:
✔ At least 6 months’ experience as a Healthcare Assistant or Care Worker
✔ Care Certificate achieved
✔ Great communication skills and a compassionate approach
✔ Right to work in the UK
